I learned so much from travelling with Peter especially in Libya and also to Germany for a number of meetings with Bilfinger and Berger, Contractors.

His love of life and humour was infectious and many a good laugh did we have. He was such a good teacher that I shall never forget his style and ability to dig himself out of any holes he inadvertantly dug for himself in explaining to the Germans what a "red herring "was.
